Blaze1 Glass Repair
We've been repairing tubes/pipes/bowls and more
for many years now. Our Glass blowers have dealt with all
kinds of breaks and cracks, bringing many beloved pieces
back from the graveyard. Our process typically takes about 1-3 weeks from the time the glass arrives at our shop. "Soft" Glass pieces can not be repaired.
Repair Process:
1.Send inquiries to Blaze1warehouse@gmail.com Include "repair" in the email subject, and photos of broken glass.
2. We will respond to the inquiry within 7 business days, giving a quote for the repair.
3. If Repair cost is acceptable, customer will sign a form and ship the piece to our shop.
4. Repair process can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks from when it is recieved.
5. Once repair is completed we will contact customer to recieve payment for the repair and return shipping cost.
*Repairs are not paid for until the process is complete.
Not all pieces can be fixed, and some do not survive the repair process. We have over a 95% success rate at repairing broken glass.
